TCP/IP MODEL
The Transmission Control Protocol/ Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Model was created in the 1970s by the Defense Advance Research Project Agency (DRPA) to ensure a d preserve data integrity.

Application Layer : The Application defines protocols for node to node application communication and also controls user-interface specifications.
Transport Layer: It is also called host to host layer. It tackles issues such as creating reliable end to end communication and ensuring error free delivery.
Internet Layer : The Internet protocols corresponds to the OSI's Network layer. It responsible for the logical transmission of packets over the entire network. It is also responsible for routing or addressing.
Network Access : Layer: At the bottom of DoD Model, the network access layer monitors the data exchange between the host and network.
